Achieve Optimal Health by Knowing Your Gut Health
In this episode, Raewyn explains how you can have a balanced lifestyle, the energy you need and be productive in life, work and business when you understand that all diseases, illnesses, and ailments start with the gut and how to gain optimal health through exploring your gut health.
From her research, study and working with others she has discovered that the gut is where it all starts. She believes that way too many health issues could and can be avoided, just by focussing on your gut health and discovering the triggers.
This fascinating discussion highlights the fact that many of the common problems women suffer such as fatigue, bloating, thyroid issues, skin issues, and needing more stamina (energy) to keep working through the day in their business, are due to what they eat. And common issues such as fog brain, mental health of depression and overwhelm should be looked at through the gut-brain connection.
Listen to hear how through her study and working with others as The Health Stylist, she has seen many symptoms improve and even some reversing when you analyse the gut and know what you should (and shouldn’t) be feeding it.
