Janeen Vosper has spent her life helping others find the courage to speak up, own their story, and step into their personal power.
Her journey into empowering others began ear when she was just a child in primary school, she witnessed a teacher allow bullying to go unchecked. Refusing to stay silent, she walked out of class and reported the teacher to the head of the school. That bold moment planted a seed that would grow into a lifelong mission: to help people find their voice and stand up for themselves.
A Non-Traditional Path to Success
Janeen’s path was never traditional. She left school at 15, determined to make her mark in her own way. From teaching aerobics in the 1980s to running a gymwear business, to becoming the General Manager of Sales for a multi-million-dollar company, her varied experiences gave her insight into what truly drives success: confidence, consistency, and communication.
Leadership, Sales, and Communication Expertise
With over 30 years of experience leading high-performing teams and coaching professionals, Janeen understands what it takes to communicate with impact. She has invested tens of thousands of dollars learning from the world’s best mentors and coaches, equipping herself with the skills to guide others to success.
In 2007, she founded Speech Perfect to offer practical, transformative coaching in public speaking, sales, and personal branding. Her work is grounded in the belief that confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you build. Janeen empowers professionals, executives, and entrepreneurs to speak with authority, craft compelling messages, and own the value they bring to the table.

Janeen has coached international speech champions, delivered workshops across the globe, and authored two powerful books; Being Unstoppable and Good Girls Do Sell. Through her podcast, We Are Women, she continues to share the stories of resilient women and inspire others to embrace personal growth.
An award-winning businesswoman and speaker, Janeen has been recognised nationally and internationally for her contribution to coaching and personal development. Her adventurous spirit has taken her from dog sledding in Norway to the plains of the Serengeti, reinforcing her core belief that real growth comes from stepping outside of your comfort zone.

Of all her roles, Janeen is most proud of being a mother and grandmother. She brings the same nurturing energy to her family as she does to her clients encouraging them to believe in themselves and speak with confidence in every area of life.
